Sonny Castro
President Podolefsky announced Sonny Castro is assuming new responsibilities as UCM's chief diversity officer.

He reports directly to the president through the vice president for Student Affairs, while working closely with all vice presidents to develop a university-wide network of support for diversity issues.

The Offices of Community Engagement, Campus Advocate and the Union Station in Kansas City will be under Castro's direction.

He will relocate to the Administration Building from his present office in the Union.
