If I Would Have Written This, I Would Have Said...

Just when I thought I would never hear his name again, everyone's favorite Heisman winning, Isotoner wearing, Hertz renting, non-convicted felon has made headline news again.

That's right; O.J. Simpson is back in the media, with the release of his new book and TV interview, "If I Did It, Here's How It Happened."

In the book, Simpson tells how he would have committed the murders, if he had done it.

The TV interviews, which air Nov. 27 and 29 on FOX, stay on the topic, but are in typical question-and-answer form.
Personally am looking forward to this media event.

It has been 12 years since the "Trial of the Century", so Simpson has had some time to mull over what he would have done differently from the "real murderer," and I'm curious to see what his expert opinion has to offer.

Speaking of the real murderer, I wonder how Simpson's promise to find the killer is going. I would have to guess that the killer is somewhere down in Florida, where Simpson now resides, and O.J. is a step closer to him/her every day, plotting his premeditated plan of justice.

I wonder if there is a shortage of mirrors in Florida.

I think recollection is good for everyone. I often find myself wondering "What could I have done differently 12 years ago in my life."

Yet, I would probably correct my mistakes, not figure out how to do them so I wouldn't get caught.

All in all, I wish Simpson the best.

He's been a cultural icon two times over and has proved what many people knew- rich men are always innocent.

Maybe if he's lucky, the book will be such a success that it can help him pay off the civil suit that he lost to the Goldman family.
