The Board of Governors approved a contract with the firm Hutchinson Consulting, LLC for $80,000 to be paid in three increments of $26,666.67. Nixon freezes tuition ratesState colleges, universites safe from further increase.
ST. LOUIS (AP)-Tuition and academic fees will be frozen for the second straight year at Missouri's public four-year colleges and universities, Gov. Jay Nixon announced Tuesday.
